This memorable day calls for art that illustrates your unique story as a couple. I strive to make each detail of your wedding suite special, combining custom illustrations and hand-lettering to create one-of-a-kind paper goods you’ll want to save as a keepsake.

The Process

I know there’s a lot that goes into planning your day and I’m here to help make your wedding suite fun, easy, and look great for you.

    01 | GET IN TOUCH

    Please fill out my Wedding Suite Inquiry Form. The more info., the merrier! This helps me understand your vision and the number of pieces you’d like. I’ll respond within 3 business days with any follow-up questions and ideas.

    02 | QUOTES

    Once I gather all the details I’ll create a custom quote to send for your review. I’m available for any follow-up questions you may have. I tailor your quote based on the quantities, style, and complexity of the designs. If changes are needed to any of these aspects, the quote will be adjusted to reflect them. If you like what you see and are ready to move forward we’ll then book our first call together.

    03 | LET’S HANG OUT

    We’ll get on a video call where I’ll get to know you and your wedding needs even more. We’ll talk about your vision, design options, and process. I’m here to answer any initial questions you may have.

    04 | IT’S OFFICIAL

    After finalizing the specifics, I’ll send a design agreement to secure your spot in my project calendar. Our agreement will outline all the details, ensuring clarity and accountability. I’ll also send an invoice for a 50% deposit to be paid before we move on to the design phase. If additional wedding pieces are needed throughout our design process, they will be added to the final invoice and paid at the end of our project together.

    05 | COLLABORATION

    You’ll receive a timeline from me to help keep us on track to ensure we both have what we need from each other and important due dates. I’ll create a project folder for us to work from where we can upload inspirational imagery, engagement photos we may incorporate, and other design elements.

    06 | BREAK OUT THE ART SUPPLIES

    I’ll start to sketch and plan layouts using all the information previously discussed on our call. This is a great time for us to really dive into what you like best before the design is finalized.

    07 | DESIGN PHASE

    Once I get approval on the sketches you like, I’ll then begin designing your wedding pieces. If we are working on multiple pieces together I’ll start with completing one piece and get your approval before moving on to the next deliverable.

    Sample Process:
    1. Save the Dates (1st deliverable)
    2. Invitations (2nd deliverable)
    3. Wedding Reception Signage (3rd deliverable)

    08 | REVIEWING YOUR DESIGNS

    Each piece will be sent to you as a digital proof. You will have 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your wedding suite is exactly what you envisioned.

    09 | FINAL APPROVALS

    Once all pieces are approved I’ll then need your final address list for me to begin production. I’ll also send our final invoice for the remaining balance to be paid.

    10 | INTO PRODUCTION WE GO

    Send for print! WOO HOO! I partner with my trusted printers and suppliers to bring your wedding suite to life. Your pieces are printed and assembled with love and care. This process generally takes 3-4 weeks.

    11 | SEND AWAY

    I offer a couple mailing options to suit your preference.

    OPTION 1: I’m happy to assemble your pieces and mail them directly to you for you to seal, add your stamp, and mail them to your guests.

    OPTION 2: Want to be more hands-on and assemble yourself? Sounds good to me! I’ll package all your pieces and mail them to you directly for final assembly.

    12 | LET’S CELEBRATE

Timelines

To give you an idea of the process here’s an outline of a sample timeline to ensure your wedding suite pieces arrive on time. Designing your wedding suite generally takes about 8 weeks from initial inquiry to wedding suite pieces mailed directly to you.

01 | LET’S DO THIS
11-14 Months Before Your Wedding

It’s always great to book me as early as possible for your wedding. Booking 11-14 months in advance is a great amount of time to secure your spot on my project calendar.

02 | MAILING SAVE THE DATES
Send 9-12 Months Before Your Wedding

This is a suggested timeframe to mail out your Save the Dates to ensure timely arrival to your guests.

Send 3-4 Months Before Your Wedding

This is a suggested timeframe to mail out your Wedding Invitations to ensure timely arrival to your guests.

04 | RECIEVE RSVPS
8-6 Weeks Before Your Wedding

Asking your guests to RSVP 8-6 weeks before your wedding is a great timeframe to allow for final numbers.

05 | DAY OF ITEMS
2 Weeks Before Your Wedding

Day of pieces are sent to you from me about 2 weeks before your wedding day to ensure the most accurate information is incorporated into your wedding suite pieces.

Your

Investment

For a custom-illustrated wedding suite, couples can typically expect a minimum investment of $5,000. This generally includes 100 save-the-dates and envelopes, invitations and envelopes, & details cards.

Pricing may fluctuate based on design factors such as quantity, & the inclusion of additional items such as RSVP cards, hand-lettering, illustration style, silk ribbon, wax seals, & more.

On average, clients invest $5,000 for a custom wedding invitation suite & $6,000-8,000 for all of their wedding stationery such as, save the dates, wedding invitations & day of wedding paper. Once you complete the Wedding Suite Inquiry Form, I’ll reach out with a customized quote for your review. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll book our first call together & your spot will be reserved on my project calendar by submitting a completed design agreement & deposit.
