Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA
: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 business days

Your shipment will usually be sent out on average within 3 days of placing your order.

International Shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on various factors such as weight, value, and size.

Heather Miller LLC does not take responsibility for customs fees.

If your order did not arrive:

If your order did not make it to you please email me as soon as you can so we can correct it.

What You Can Do: Check your shipping confirmation and that you entered the correct address. If the address you entered was incorrect, you will need to place a new order using the right address.

If the shipping address you entered was correct, please email me with your order number and I’ll do my best to address the issue.

Returns policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your purchase arrives damaged or I made a mistake with your order, please email me within 20 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return an item for a refund:

  1. Email me a copy of the original confirmation email (or print and include with return)

  2. Mail your return to the return address on original package. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning/exchanging item(s).

  3. Your refund will be issued once your return is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email notifying you the item was received and the status of the return. Depending on the condition of the item, your return will be approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you did not receive your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email me.

Exchanges:

Only defective or damaged items are accepted for replacement. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email me.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For items over the amount of $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I unfortunately can not guarantee that I will receive your returned item once you ship it.

Damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged, then please email me within 1 week of receiving your item.
